Return Policy

At XIV Concepts, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer cash or original payment refunds.
• Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories (including jewelry)
• Bodysuits, undergarments, or swimwear

Return Process

1. Contact us at xivconcepts@gmail.com with your order number and return request
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• XIV Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
